Happy Sunday guys and Happy Father's Day in the U.K to all you Daddies out there!

I hope that the weekend is treating you well and that you feel loved in whatever way that brings :)

I had a really thought provoking Zoom meeting this morning with my Buddhist group. I am going through somethings this week with a specific person and how they make me feel. Jut sharing these feelings with the group of amazing and compassionate human beings made me realise that human suffering and worries are shared and universal and the impact of the lockdown has made people feel more alone and connected at the same time.

A real paradox of human emotions!

It brought forth to me, as I share my experiences and emotions, something that I knew deep down but that even as difficult we find our relationships with some people there are always these things to keep in mind; there is always some good and humanity there somewhere, you never know what is going on behind closed doors in peoples' lives and of course you can't allow people to get into your heads where they effect your private life at the weekends when you have the right to relax.

You can only control your reaction to other peoples' behaviour and judgment. You can't change them.

Enjoy and feel proud of this power and be yourself!

Love and light always,

Suzie x x x

You may want to proofread before posting. Affect is a verb and effect is a noun. Also judgement is spelled incorrectly and somethings is not a word. Maybe some things? It might be wise to brush up on punctuation rules as well so as to avoid run on sentences, comma splices, etc.
