Yoga Challenge for 21 days!

HELLO YOGA FAMILY!


In these difficult and uncertain times it’s easy to lose a bit of hope and go “off track”. Nobody knows what the future holds and this can provoke anxieties and worries that can quickly spiral or just generally make us feel unwell or less than 100%. I decided for myself to do my own personal “21 day Yoga Challenge” to keep me balanced, positive and to give the love to my body and mind that they deserve. **Do you want to join me?** For 21 days I am doing 30 minutes of yoga to connect to myself. This means you choose why you’re doing your yoga in order to connect to yourself more. It can be anytime and any type of yoga. The goal is to get on your mat, clear your mind, set some intentions and move your body and connect with your soul. *Are you in?* Let me know and PM me.
